Code of Conduct
At Fabric Belgium, we are committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and ethical community.
All members, partners, speakers and attendees are expected to embody the following principles, at Winterfest and beyond.
1. Respect
Treat all individuals with dignity and consideration. Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
2. Inclusivity
We value diversity and welcome people from all backgrounds. Support and encourage positive participation from everyone.
3. Integrity
Communicate honestly and constructively. Take responsibility for your actions and uphold the trust of the community.
4. Collaboration
Work together towards shared goals. Offer help when you can, and ask for it when you need it.
5. Compliance
Follow all applicable laws and regulations, and adhere to the guidelines set by Fabric Belgium.
Enforcement
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in removal from our community. Together, we can create a positive, productive, and safe space for all.
